
Joshua graduated from the University of Nottingham with a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering winning a BP Prize for academic achievement in his third year. During his studies, Joshua completed a year-long placement with Transvac Systems Ltd where he both researched and designed ejectors, his main responsibility was to be the principal operator of the ejector test facility. Joshua has been passionate about decarbonization even as a student, completing his master’s thesis research on the progress of solid sorbents for carbon capture and securing first-class honors along the way.
Further to this, Joshua decided to join FairHeat as a Graduate Engineer in 2021 after learning about the importance of heat networks in reaching net-zero carbon emissions.
