Ryan Collins
Graduate Engineer
Ryan is a recent graduate of Loughborough University, where he earned a MEng in Chemical Engineering in 2022. During his time at university, he was involved in a final year design project where his group designed and optimized a plant for the production of cephalosporin C (antibiotic). Ryan’s group was awarded the highest grade for the project.
Ryan completed an internship as an IT Intern at BlueBay Asset Management, where he gained valuable experience in the field of information technology. However, he decided to pursue a career in the energy sector and joined FairHeat's Graduate Scheme in 2023 as a Graduate Engineer. Ryan was drawn to FairHeat because of its reputation as the leading engineering consultancy in heat networks and its commitment to spearheading the quality assurance of heat. He believes that the company's award-winning Graduate Scheme will provide him with the experience and exposure to some exciting projects early on in his career and will help develop him into a future leader in the industry.
