Farah joined FairHeat as People Director, bringing over 20 years of experience in HR, talent development, and organisational transformation across the technology, real estate, education, and public sectors.

Farah holds a PhD in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD). Throughout her career, she has held senior positions including Global Head of People and Talent, Head of HR, and HR Business Partner, leading people strategies, change programmes, and organisational growth initiatives.

She has worked with and advised leading organisations including Google, NASA, Mitie, TSB Bank, and Babcock International, helping to drive cultural transformation, leadership development, employee engagement, and business performance. Her work has delivered measurable improvements in retention, performance, and employee experience across a range of global organisations.A published author and guest lecturer, Farah was recognised as one of the Top 10 Most Influential Women in Tech for her pioneering research into workplace harassment in Silicon Valley.

As People Director at FairHeat, Farah leads the company’s people strategy, supporting talent development, employee engagement, organisational growth, and the continued evolution of FairHeat’s culture as the business grows.
