Hassan joined Fairheat in 2025 as an Estimating & Procurement Manager, bringing over 15 years’ experience across the energy and construction sectors. His career spans major programmes within gas and electricity networks, district heating, civil engineering, and building services, where he has consistently delivered commercially robust and operationally sound outcomes.

Hassan began his career co-ordinating utility connections and has since progressed into estimating and procurement roles, developing deep expertise in cost estimation, tender management, risk evaluation, and subcontractor administration. Over the years, he has held key positions supporting both public and private sector clients, contributing to the successful delivery of complex infrastructure schemes.

He has a strong track record in leading teams through pre‑construction and delivery phases, ensuring competitive bids, accurate cost modelling, and fully compliant tender submissions. His commercial acumen has enabled him to build and maintain strategic supply chain relationships, negotiate framework agreements, and implement procurement strategies that enhance competitiveness and profitability.

Throughout his career, Hassan has worked closely with diverse stakeholders — from engineering and commercial teams to external partners — coordinating activities across business functions and driving projects from initial concept through to completion. His ability to balance technical insight with commercial strategy ensures value, efficiency, and quality across every stage of project delivery.
