Chloe joined FairHeat in 2024 as a Graduate Project Manager, delivering HNES-funded heat network retrofits, ensuring successful project execution and comprehensive stakeholder management.

Chloe holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, is certified in Site Supervision Safety Training, and has a Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ) from the Association for Project Management.

Prior to joining FairHeat, Chloe worked with The Guinness Partnership, a leading social housing provider. As a Communal Heat Network Manager, she oversaw 129 heat networks serving 4,250 customers, managed a team, and collaborated with key stakeholders to deliver multiple retrofit projects. Chloe also held roles as a Contract Officer, Senior Administrator, and Customer Service Advisor, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to resident satisfaction.

Chloe Jenner is a dedicated Project Manager at FairHeat currently working with the Compliance team supporting clients with their preparation for incoming Consumer Protection regulations. With over 9 years of experience in the social housing sector, managing end consumers and heat networks, Chloe brings a unique wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
