Eddie Lau

Eddie joined FairHeat as an MEP Revit Technician in 2025.

He brings over 20 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination across the architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health) disciplines. Throughout his career, Eddie has worked on a wide range of projects, developing extensive expertise in design coordination, Revit modelling, and the delivery of complex building services solutions.With more than 15 years of dedicated MEP experience, Eddie has worked in Hong Kong, Thailand, and the UK, gaining valuable international experience across diverse construction and engineering environments.

Currently, at FairHeat, Eddie supports the design and delivery of heat network and building services projects through the development of accurate Revit models, BIM coordination, and technical design support. He works closely with engineers and project teams to ensure models are coordinated, compliant, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
