Ella Kachouh

Graduate Engineer

Ella joined FairHeat as a Graduate Engineer in 2024 after graduating with First Class Honours in Chemical Engineering with Management from University College London (UCL).

In 2023, Ella completed a summer internship at FairHeat, where she supported new build developments by reviewing designs, analysing network heat losses, and conducting on-site testing. During this time, she also developed a template to automate load test results and presented her findings to the team.

Since rejoining FairHeat, Ella has gained experience across optimisation, asset management, building systems design, and quality assurance, broadening her understanding of heat networks and their performance.

Ella is passionate about contributing to the transition to low-carbon heating and aligns her ambitions with FairHeat’s commitment to quality, trust, and collaboration.
