"Great heat networks don’t happen by accident – they’re delivered through collaboration, clarity and a focus on outcomes that genuinely work for people. That’s what I love about FairHeat being employee‑owned – there’s a real sense that people care, support each other, and are committed to making a meaningful impact. We have a unique opportunity to make heat networks work better – not just technically, but for the people and organisations they serve."
