Ivaylo Donchevski

Ivaylo joined FairHeat as a CAD Engineer in 2024. He brings extensive experience in both 2D and 3D CAD software, having worked on a wide range of building services projects throughout the construction industry.

Prior to joining FairHeat, Ivaylo contributed to several high-profile projects, including the New City Hall for the Greater London Assembly and the London Trocadero refurbishment. His experience spans the development of detailed engineering drawings, design coordination, and the delivery of complex building services solutions.Ivaylo specialises in mechanical and electrical coordination, producing schematics, layouts, and technical designs for major construction projects. He holds an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Sofia, providing him with a strong technical foundation in engineering design and building services.

Currently, at FairHeat, Ivaylo supports the delivery of heat network and energy projects through CAD design, technical drawing production, and multidisciplinary coordination. He works closely with engineers and project teams to develop accurate, high-quality designs that support the successful delivery of projects and ensure technical requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
