
Kieran Coleman
Consulting Engineer
Kieran joined FairHeat in 2022 after graduating from the University of Leeds with a First-Class MEng in Chemical Engineering. He began his career at FairHeat on the Graduate Scheme, gaining valuable experience through rotations across the District Heating Design, Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Building System Design teams.
These rotations provided Kieran with a broad understanding of heat networks, engineering design, quality assurance processes, and regulatory compliance, helping him develop a well-rounded technical skillset and a strong understanding of the industry’s challenges and opportunities.Following the successful completion of the Graduate Scheme, Kieran was promoted to Consulting Engineer. In this role, he leads RIBA Stages 2, 3, and 4 design projects, working closely with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to develop efficient, reliable, and sustainable heat network systems.
Currently, at FairHeat, Kieran is responsible for delivering engineering solutions that support the transition to net zero while ensuring high-quality outcomes for end users. His work includes design development, technical coordination, system optimisation, and supporting the successful delivery of heat network projects from concept through to detailed design.
