Office & Compliance Manager

Lauren joined FairHeat in 2020 as an Office Manager, driven by a keen interest in being part of a company making a contribution to the UK’s goal to reach Net Zero Carbon by 2050. Lauren quickly became integral to the company’s operations, and has since been promoted into the role of Office & Compliance Manager.

In her current position, Lauren is responsible for ensuring that FairHeat, its employees, and projects adhere to all relevant regulations and specifications. Her responsibilities encompass a broad range of compliance areas, including health and safety, environmental, legal, and quality standards. Lauren diligently oversees company processes and policies, ensuring that FairHeat maintains its commitment to excellence and regulatory compliance.

As the organisation’s designated Data Officer, Lauren fulfills the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), data privacy and IT security. Additionally, she is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) compliance and other accreditation standards as required.

Being an office Manager this allows me to follow a quality managment system and a documentation procedure that had all the requirements for standardisation and quality assurance. This also allows to me improve FairHeat's environmental perfomance through efficent use of resources and reduction of waste. Having an environmental managment system helps FairHeat to reduce our environmental footprint”.

Office Manager

Lauren joined FairHeat in 2020 as an Office Manager with a keen interest in being part of a company making a difference in heat networks and building performance. As an Office manager, Lauren oversees the administrative activities, internal communication and facilitates a smooth office environment. Lauren has 5 years of management skills working in the Retail, Design and Architecture sector.
