Matthew Aranda

Graduate Engineer

Matthew joined FairHeat as a Graduate Engineer in 2024 after earning an MEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh.

During his time at university, Matthew carried out an industrial placement at Tennents Caledonian Brewery. Matthew focused on integrating water source and chiller plant heat pumps into the site. His work balanced economic and carbon-saving feasibility and involved high-level design of the heat distribution network and heat exchange equipment.

Matthew is excited to contribute to FairHeat’s mission of achieving net zero and grow as an engineer alongside industry leaders.

“I am thrilled to have the opportunity to join FairHeat. Becoming part of this company means having the privilege to be part of an industry leading group with the goal of achieving net zero. I am very excited to make positive change with all my remarkable colleagues and grow as an engineer.”
