Quam Sulaiman

Quam Sulaiman joined FairHeat in May 2026 as Technical Training Lead. In this role, he is responsible for designing and delivering structured learning programmes that support the development of technical capability across the organisation. He plays a key role in ensuring engineers are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and competencies required to deliver high-quality work across the full lifecycle of heat network projects.

Quam leads the development of training frameworks, onboarding programmes, and continuous professional development initiatives, aligning technical learning with business needs and industry standards. He works closely with subject matter experts across FairHeat to translate complex engineering concepts into practical, accessible training materials that support both technical excellence and career development.

With a strong focus on knowledge sharing and capability building, Quam is passionate about fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. His work helps support the growth and development of engineers across the business, ensuring teams have the skills and confidence needed to deliver successful outcomes for clients and projects.

Currently, as Technical Training Lead at FairHeat, Quam oversees the development and delivery of training programmes, competency frameworks, onboarding activities, and professional development initiatives. Through his work, he supports FairHeat’s commitment to technical excellence while helping to develop the next generation of engineers contributing to the decarbonisation of heat and the growth of the UK’s heat network sector.
