Samantha joined FairHeat in 2024 as a Facilities Assistant, bringing with her extensive experience in facilities management, customer service, and compliance. Known for her strong organisational skills and approachable manner, Samantha has a background in supporting diverse work environments, from managing helpdesks to overseeing safety and compliance tasks. Her prior roles at Sovereign FM and the Canal and River Trust have equipped her with the skills to ensure seamless facilities operations.

Samantha is dedicated to maintaining an efficient and welcoming environment at FairHeat.

“I was initially drawn to FairHeat due to its flexibility as it is a part time role, and very close to where I live, which is important as I am a mum and a career woman. The company stood out to me with their values which align very much with my own, and to be a part of a team that makes a difference is also important to me. Being a mum, I want to do my part to help the environment not only for my child but for his future family too, and I believe that starts with reducing energy waste and being more ecofriendly. I believe I will learn a lot from working with FairHeat and in turn I hope to bring new ideas and to continue the smooth running of the office.”
