Sasha Green

Graduate Engineer

Sasha joined FairHeat as a Graduate Engineer in 2024 after completing her Master’s in Chemical Engineering from UCL. She previously interned at FairHeat, gaining hands-on experience with site visits, CAD work, and optimisation projects.

During university, Sasha was highly involved in student leadership, serving as President of the UCL Netball Club, Women’s Officer at UCL, and a member of the Student Leadership Board for Bright Network’s Women in TEC conference. As Women’s Officer, Sasha was featured on BBC Radio 5 Live discussing the effects of the MeToo movement five years after its resurgence. She ran initiatives around period poverty and helped action issues raised by students.

Drawn to FairHeat’s innovative approach to decarbonisation, Sasha is excited to contribute to sustainable heating solutions and fully engage with the heat network industry. She looks forward to the invaluable opportunities that FairHeat’s Graduate Scheme will provide.

“I am excited to contribute to an industry focused to advancing the decarbonisation of heating and hot water across the UK. Fairheat has firmly established itself as an industry trailblazer, demonstrating a strong commitment to innovation, particularly through its graduate projects. I am confident that this role will provide invaluable opportunities, allowing me to fully explore and engage with all that the industry has to offer.”
