Tawana Mhishi

Tawana joined FairHeat as a Graduate Business Analyst after completing his MSc in Data Science at Coventry University in 2024.

Tawana holds a Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice from the Chartered Management Institute.
His academic journey began with a strong foundation in Biological Science, where he developed an interest in the role of cell biology in diseases such as cancer and heart disease. This passion led to a dissertation on the impact of diet and exercise on cholesterol. His growing curiosity about data-driven decision-making inspired him to pursue a master’s in Data Science, where he gained expertise in programming (Python, SQL), data management, machine learning, and cloud computing. His dissertation focused on predictive modelling of chronic obesity and diabetes, aligning his background in biology with data science to drive impactful insights.

At FairHeat, Tawana supports the business in analysing performance through data, providing the management team with valuable insights. His work relies on his strong analytical, problem-solving, and programming skills.
