FairHeat’s Pre‑Construction Department provides the critical groundwork for project success, working closely with clients, designers, and project teams to shape project strategy, resolve delivery challenges early, and bridge the gap between design and execution by clearly defining scope, budget, and schedule.
Typical activities include:
Overall project road mapping from feasibility to handover
Support with grant funding applications
Site logistics planning and phasing strategies to minimise disruption
Acting as Principal Designer under CDM regulations, including managing pre‑construction health & safety, coordinating design risk management, and ensuring compliance
